I purchased a gift certificate from living social for this business. I made an appointment with them on 5/30/12. At noon they said the detailer was on his way. He never showed and i never received a call to have my appointment rescheduled. What a jerk...and i had a $50 tip waiting for him. After calling the shop the next day i was told that he probably didnt show up because he is contracted by them to do some of their work and he gets a percentage of the amount charged. Since the gift certificate was half off they contractor decided to do another job that was not covered by a gift certificate. I rescheduled my appointment for 6/4/12 at 7:30am only to be stood up again. I have called and emailed with no answer or response. Very unprofessional!!!! I can understand having to reschedule but they dont have to avoid their customers.
