Do not let these guys steal your hard earned money or take advantage of you! These guys seem to be professional and reliable over the phone but are nothing more than liars and scam artists! My husband spilled paint in the trunk of his jeep and they sent someone out at 7am Sunday morning who took 30 minutes to inspect and assess the damage. He told my husband he would have to come back Monday at 7am to take the jeep to the shop where he would have the tools to do the work and that they needed to get this paint out ASAP if there was any chance of doing so. No one ever showed up Monday and when my husband called to see what was going on, he never received a call back and all of his calls thereafter were ignored. I called from a different number on my way home from work and the guy on the phone claimed he had been trying to call my husband all day which was a lie and then proceeded to tell me they ordered and overnighted a special chemical that will remove the paint and they would be back Tuesday, yet they had no intention of calling to tell us this. Tuesday came around and they never showed up and never called. Now the paint has set and hardened and we are going to have to have the interior of the trunk recarpeted. These people are scum bags who don't even have the decency to tell you upfront they can't do a job so they schedule an appointment and never call to cancel or return your calls, rather make up lie after lie if you're lucky enough to catch them by calling from a different number.
