First time in 2011 everything was excellent, 2nd time around the first person (a guy) was on the rude side with no customer service experience what so ever. I was thrown off and thought there were new owners, and to be honest, at the point I felt I am here now, but will not be coming back. Then the gentleman that took me home (very nice) said there were the same owners for the last 20 years and thought to myself wow, so what happened. I made a call a girl answered and I told her I had a question she told me she was going to transfer me to whom ever was handling my car and at the point I told her I did not want to talk to him, because he was rude and not helpful at all, at the point she told me it was a different person. It was Eric and he was amazing. You really need to check on who was the first guy that helped me, because for someone that has never been to your place and this one person is your first view into your company I think you will be loosing new customers.
I will definitely recommend your shop, and I will let them know if they encounter someone rude to let you/the owner know!
I can't complain about pricing, I only pay my deductible.
