Our repais was complete several days after the date promised.Communication was poor. We had to call for every update. You went to our insurance company directly for extra charges above and beyond your original estimate, probably to overcharge them. Most disappointing was a new ding we have on our rear bumper. Your staff claimed it was there at drop off. If so, any reputable company would have pointed it out and offered to fix it. We have no recollection of that damage and we did not feel the need to take "as is" pictures prior to leaving the car with you. Your staff, not suprisingly, has pictures of it. I am sure it occured on your Premises. We do not feel we were dealt with honestly. We will not be bringing any further vehicles to your shop, nor will we ever recommend you. Your customer service signs in the lobby are misleading.
