Oil Change 8/7/2014

No one likes to take their cars in for service. When I do, I take it to Miramar 76. They are a group of friendly guys. They take care of all my family's vehicles. The oil changes are done in a timely manner. I always enjoy taking my cars here. Thank you. more

2nd Chance 5/27/2014

After I experienced a problem and basically decided to take my business elsewhere, Dan called and explained what happened and apologized. I felt he was sincere and decided to try again. They did everything to my Corvette - oil and filter change, brake job and fixed the oil sending switch so my oil gauge works again. Did the last part at a significant cost savings over dealer and now that I've had the car for several weeks to judge, everything was done right. Brakes are great, oil pressure gauge works and the car is running great. I really appreciate the work they did and at this point, I will continue giving them my business. They handled the whole thing well and their follow through was timely and sincere. Happy to report they did not fail the second time around. :-) more

Last-minute oil change! 5/13/2014

I usually make an appointment, but I finally had free time to hopefully get in an oil change. I called and Miramar 76 said I could be in and out in about an hour. They were right! I was so happy because I was putting off the oil change. Great service, Guys! more

Waited for 75 minutes for nothing 4/16/2014

Had service and repairs done once before and decided to go back. Called on Friday to make an appointment first thing Wednesday morning. Arrived at 7:40 and was told someone would be working on the car in 20 minutes. One hour later, several cars had been serviced and left. I waited 15 more minutes and not a word was said to me. I asked Shawn for my keys and told him "I'm leaving -this isn't right and I had an appointment". He said something about they were down a mechanic. Is that a valid reason to keep someone waiting without so much as a word of explanation. Looking for another mechanic/service organization - DONE with Miramar 76. They probably don't care about one customer but they don't deserve my business. One star on the rating because it wouldn't accept zero. more
