Had service and repairs done once before and decided to go back. Called on Friday to make an appointment first thing Wednesday morning. Arrived at 7:40 and was told someone would be working on the car in 20 minutes. One hour later, several cars had been serviced and left. I waited 15 more minutes and not a word was said to me. I asked Shawn for my keys and told him "I'm leaving -this isn't right and I had an appointment". He said something about they were down a mechanic. Is that a valid reason to keep someone waiting without so much as a word of explanation. Looking for another mechanic/service organization - DONE with Miramar 76. They probably don't care about one customer but they don't deserve my business. One star on the rating because it wouldn't accept zero.
