After I experienced a problem and basically decided to take my business elsewhere, Dan called and explained what happened and apologized. I felt he was sincere and decided to try again. They did everything to my Corvette - oil and filter change, brake job and fixed the oil sending switch so my oil gauge works again. Did the last part at a significant cost savings over dealer and now that I've had the car for several weeks to judge, everything was done right. Brakes are great, oil pressure gauge works and the car is running great. I really appreciate the work they did and at this point, I will continue giving them my business. They handled the whole thing well and their follow through was timely and sincere. Happy to report they did not fail the second time around. :-)
