Miller Custom Exteriors did an awesome job on our new roof. They installed it quickly and professionally. They also cleaned up very well. We didn't find any trash in our yard. I would strongly recommend this contractor. more

My experience with your company and workers has been a very positive one. Starting with Dana, your salesman, who provided me with the information and sample of gutter I needed and answered my questions without hesitation. The workers were on time, very efficient and the quality of work was excedllent. They cleaned up and left my yard like the found it. I have recommended your company and product to many neighbors. I suggest you advertise in the Cleveland Plain Dealer to provide more coverage. I found your advertisement in the Akron Beacon Journal. Overall I am very happy with the gutters and the workmanship. more

They completely remove all my sheathing and put new sheathing and enhanched shake on in 2 days.They cleaned up beautifully.I love my new roof and covered spouting.No more worries,excellent workers,they were very professional and courteous. more

We have used Miller Custom Exteriors several times and were very pleased with the quality of their work and of the skill and attitude of the workers. The also cleaned up afterwards so you never know they had completed a job. We will use them again if we need anything. more

Great job! 5/19/2013

We had a new brown shake metal roof installed. Had two skylights and two solar tubes done. Also, had new rustic brown soffit, fascia, and gutters installed. They did an excellent job on the project. Clean up was perfect no waste left behind. All the work crew were friendly and professional. Sales staff was very helpful and patient to answer all our questions. Would recommend the company to anyone looking to have work done. Plan to use them for future projects. more

They were professional and helpful for the entire project start to clean up. I love the new windows they are beautiful. The crew took the time to make certain everything was fixed correctly and matched the existing woodwork and siding. They even completed some additional roof work for us that we were unable to do ourselves. We are so happy we already are having some additional windows replaced. Will definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done and we will be calling them in the future. more

We are thrilled with the job Miller Custom Exteriors did for us! They put a new roof on our home, put new siding on the house, and fixed all the goof-ups. We have had several remodeling projects in our home and they can make a person want to pull out their hair, but this project went very well. Their workers were great guys; I found them to be very nice and trustworthy. They completed the project yesterday and everything looks perfect. more

Workmen are professional and efficient 4/10/2013

Our old roof was removed and our new metal roof was installed on a very cold 30 degree day. We were amazed that the entire project was done in one day! Every single scrap of old material was cleaned up and hauled away. Miller Custom Exteriors have redone our entire home including seamless steel siding, triple pane windows, shutters, two steel entrance doors, new garage door, new vinyl patio, spouting, added insulation above our garage, and reconfigured our garden window. Now that we have a brand new steel roof we don't have to worry about ever replacing it. Our house will outlive us. It's comforting to know this is behind us since we are semi-retired. Sam Vura is not just a salesman. He knows his business well and is a delight and easy to work with. There has never been any pressure from him but we've gotten an education every time we met with him. The owners, Ed and Lorin Miller, stand behind their promises and could write a book about servicing their customers. We would be happy to recommend this fine company to anyone. more

Overall excellent experience 3/4/2013

We had Miller Custom Exteriors install a metal roof on a new home we were building. Given the expense of the project, we were concerned about the quality of the work and responsiveness of the contractor. From the first contact through completion, the team supporting us were exceptional. Great communications throughout the project. We were most impressed by the installation team. It was very cold (single digits some mornings) during the construction, yet the installation team kept on schedule and never complained about the weather or the work. They were efficient, focused and clean throughout the installation. Wasn't so lucky with some of the other construction crews. The team answered all our questions and concerns and offered suggestions to help us make final decisions on some changes we were contemplating. In summary, we had an excellent experience with the Company and the installation team and would definitely use them again should the opportunity arise. Most important, we feel we got the value we were looking for and our new seamed metal roof looks fantastic. more

The gentleman from Miller Custom Exteriors that came to visit us the first time did a very good job. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was very reassuring and I felt good after our conversation to go ahead and proceed with the job. The only issue, and I was warned ahead of time, was that it would take them awhile after signing the contract to come out and do the job. He was fair and told me upfront, which I appreciated. But it certainly took awhile. more

They were the most efficient and professional service people I have ever dealt with. I called them the "hooded trio". The 3 men would show up before the sun came up and worked steadily all day to finish my beautiful house. Thanks! more

The quality of work and the employees are excellent, but communicatin could be better. 1/30/2013

We absolutely love our house and it was finished by Christmas minus a few shutters and that was OK! The part that was the most frustrating was the fact that communication was a little weak. When the time schedule was discussed with Mark it seemed everyone was on the same page. But when the project started it wasn't communicated to the guys doing the project. My only want was for the front to be done for the holiday, if the sides, and back didn't get finished before then I was ok with that, but at first that didn't look like it was going to happen. As I said earlier it did get done due to the hard work and dedication of your employees. The guys were ALL great and we couldn't ask for better workers. I just encourage you to make sure the actual workers are clued in to a time frame if other clients are like us. more
