Review content:
We had Miller Custom Exteriors install a metal roof on a new home we were building. Given the expense of the project, we were concerned about the quality of the work and responsiveness of the contractor. From the first contact through completion, the team supporting us were exceptional. Great communications throughout the project. We were most impressed by the installation team. It was very cold (single digits some mornings) during the construction, yet the installation team kept on schedule and never complained about the weather or the work. They were efficient, focused and clean throughout the installation. Wasn't so lucky with some of the other construction crews. The team answered all our questions and concerns and offered suggestions to help us make final decisions on some changes we were contemplating. In summary, we had an excellent experience with the Company and the installation team and would definitely use them again should the opportunity arise. Most important, we feel we got the value we were looking for and our new seamed metal roof looks fantastic.
