It was gutters, soffit, a three-season screen room, and a retractable awning on the back of our deck that Miller Custom Exteriors installed. It was our first time using them, and we were impressed by their craftsmen who are masters of bending metal. We contracted Miller to replace 7 large windows (dbl hung), 2 xlarge trapezoidal fixed windows , 2 - 6 foot sliders and 4 - 9 foot sliders with the Polaris Energy Wall product line. The team always arrived on time or early every day, always tarped or masked off the areas thoroughly where they were working, and always cleaned up (vacuumed /swept and removed all tools) their work areas before leaving each day so there was minimal disruption to our household. Their attention to detail regarding the trim work and installation (both inside and out) was outstanding! They were always extremely polite, considerate, and responsive. They genuinely demonstrated exceptional customer service at a price point competitively better then other highly advertised replacement window companies. This was a very positive home improvement experience and we will definitely use Miller Custom Exteriors again! more

All the way from Matt to Cody who actually came here and did the building to Ed and Doug in the office, the were all great to work with. 30 years ago we had them do the siding and 15 years a go they replaced windows and most recently they built a four season room in the back of our home. Our new windows make a great appearance both inside and out to our home. We are especially pleased with the built in blinds in the dining room area which allows for privacy without the use of additional window treatment. The ease for cleaning with the tilt in feature and ease of opening and closing is especially convenient. We just had a Edco generations royal brown shake shingle roof with new leaf-guard gutters installed. We did the entire outside of our home-chimney cap to foundation. Metal shingle roof is beautiful. We have had remarks from a couple of neighbors. They were surprised that metal could turn out such a great looking roof and we will never have to roof again in our lifetime! Soffits and gutters with bonnets are very nice looking and will keep my husband off the ladder. And the siding. I can't say enough. Attention to every detail of fit. Beautiful workmanship. Custom fit even on close scrutiny. We now have the prettiest house on the block (or we will have when we get the foundation plantings back in ground). Key-less garage doors are a treat and look very sleek. And you should see the excellent job the crew did to custom fit our new basement door to our old entry. These men know their stuff and are ready to do what it takes to give you a great looking home. The crews are very knowledgeable, friendly and polite and they cleaned up at the end of each day and left no trace they had been there at the end of the project. They did a complete final inspection of their work and my yard around the house. I would highly recommend you give Doug a call if you need anything done to the exterior of your home. When I called, they were really quick in coming out to give me a quote. If I have an issue, they come out and manage it over and above. They have completed many projects for me. They replaced my roof last June. They installed a garden window for me. They installed all new windows. They installed a rail for my front stoop. They have done many projects like that. They are timely, courteous, and professional. That's what I mean when I say that if I have an issue, they are here immediately. They also follow up to make sure I am satisfied. I trust them. Above excellent in product quality & craftsmanship. On time, efficient and a real pleasure to deal with. I had 9 windows replaced. I was amazed whtn the first thing they done upon arrival was to apply plastic to the floor on whihc they would be walking to tare out and install my new windows and covered the countertops in the kitchen to catch the debrus. When the job was finished it was as if they hade never been there. They even washed the windows inside and out I could not be more pleased and plan on having them for a future jib.
