Roofing 5/18/2015

We've used Miller Custom Exteriors for Siding, Windows and lately our Roof. Everyone we've dealt with has been professional and courteous. The quality has alwasy been superb. The labor warranty is probably the longest in the business. The roofers were very polite, professional and quick. The job was done in one day and they did a terrific job of cleaning up the yard. more

Outstanding Job. 5/12/2015

Miller Custom Exteriors did an outstanding job. They installed Cedar Shakes on our roof, and not everyone knows how to install those. Their crew was composed of very nice young men. They arrived, got busy, and completed the job. I would recommend them. more

The man Miller Custom Exteriors sent out to our house was from nearby. I didn't know him personally, but he did a great job on our roof! It had significant wind damage, and he fixed it up in no time. Top marks! more

Great Experience. They couldn't have done any better. 4/22/2015

This was the first time I worked with Miller Custom Exteriors. I recently moved to the area, and they were able to install bonnets and gutters for me. Their staff was knowledgeable, polite, and knew what they were doing. They cleaned after they finished, and did a great job overall. I would recommend them. more

new standing seam roof 5 news skylights seamless gutters and downspouts 4/1/2015

Contacted Miller Custom Exteriors back in October 2013 about a standing seam roof, gutters with bonnet leaf protection, downspouts, and five new skylights. Work was to start in spring but to my surprise they had started in the coldest part of winter. The attention to detail was excellent, and the workmanship is outstanding. Between roof, skylights, and gutters, we had three different crews doing work on our house. All crews were very professional and made our log home look amazing. Anyone in the Thornville, Ohio area is encouraged to come by and see the house at 41 Indian wood Dr. I strongly recommend Miller custom exteriors for your next job, way to go guys good job! more

I couldn't have a better experience with anybody. 3/25/2015

Miller Custom Exteriors is a great company to work with. Dana, the salesman who helped me, was very easygoing. We had no issues whatsoever. In fact, even before the guys came in to do work on our house, I mentioned that I needed someone to do some cement work, and he came up and did it for me. The people who did our gutters came back to twice to re-do things that weren't even their fault. We had some boys who did work up in our attic, and they also did some work outside in zero degree weather. My wife tried to offer them coffee, but they already had their own and never asked for anything. Miller did such a great job, and would recommend them without any problem. They'll do anything to make your experience better. more

Miller Custom Exteriors put a metal roof on my barn, and they did some repair work to the chimney. They did a really nice job on both, and the people who did the installation were friendly. more

Good products and good service 3/20/2015

I was very pleased with the service of Miller Custom exteriors. They installed my roof and windows. I love my roof and windows. They did a very good job of everything. I really am pleased with my service. I would like to go back to them. I am considering having them install a front door and other things. The workers were always smiling and friendly. They even put my curtains back up for me. They were very good at communicating as well. They were forthright and let me know when they were coming. more

An Excellent Investment Decision! 3/10/2015

We had owned our previous home that had both windows and siding done by Miller Custom Exteriors...I was always impressed by the quality, warranty, and efficiency of the products. I knew then, that if I ever needed windows or siding I would use Miller Custom Exteriors. While at the fair we saw the booth and had Doug come and give us an estimate. The work was completed by Mark and Daniel and we are so glad for the energy savings that we noticed immediately and the quality of the work and the product. I HIGHLY recommend the company and the products they use. more

Excellent experience. 3/2/2015

We had an excellent experience with Miller Custom Exteriors. They did an absolutely wonderful job. They completely covered all our wood with metal, shaped it, and formed it. It was beautiful. They also put vinyl shingles on the side of our house. The people who came in were wonderful. They were hardworking and worked through all kinds of weather. They were also very polite and nice to be around. They were so great that we have already recommended them to a few people. This was our first time using them, and we would definitely use them again. more

A problem was encountered at inception of the installation, that was resolved and all proceeded quite well. Experience this winter has resulted in a very improved situation in our gutters and roof valleys. more

Excellent people and work 2/18/2015

Miller did our roof, Windows and siding as well as some demolition work. They are very easy to deal with and we found their people to be conciensous and good workers. Professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. 2/4/2015

I was very happy with Miller Custom Exteriors' service. They put a roof on one of my buildings, and though there were a couple of errors they were willing to correct them and make it right. They were very professional and knew what they were doing, and I think they did a very good job. This was my first time using their service, but I would gladly use them again. more
