Do not recommend 12/12/2010

My family's experience with this dealership was not positive. I would recommend that anyone buying a car from this dealership get any deals in writing and bring a friend with them to hear what the sales staff commits to. Understand what your trade in is worth before you go and use one of the online web services to determine what the purchase price of the car should be. more

Follow up regularly 11/5/2010

I have leased 3 cars from Mike Finnin in the last 4 1/2 years. I continue to purchase from Mike Finnin because of the competitive pricing I receive, Jeff or Rob in the Sales Dept. follow up regularly as I am always ready to trade when there is a deal, and the Service dept. picks up and delivers my vehicle for no charge! more

We had a pleasant experience. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. we had no intention of buying a vehicle that day, but we did and it is a great car. Gotta love the great gas mileage. we live in Chicago, but would definitely service vehicle while visiting my dad. Rob is a great asset to your dealership. Thanks for everything. more

Friendliness and quality 9/23/2010

I've had two experiences with Finnin recently. One was buying a new ranger from sales person Jeff Herber and the other was repairs in the body shop by manager Rick. Both were positive experiences in regards to the friendliness and quality of the product delivered. more

Very responsive 9/21/2010

I was on vacation in Iowa my power steering went out 2 days before it was time to come home. Ted Hingtgen from Mike Finnin Ford was very responsive and got me right in. He gave us a loaner car so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation and had my car fixed in time to head home. Ted was on top of it the whole time and kept me updated - Great Job! If I lived in Dubuque, I would buy my next Ford from Mike Finnin! more
