I had spoken with one of the managers about needing a vehicle down the road for my daughter and gave a very brief limited description of what I was looking for. He called me out of the blue a few months later with the perfect vehicle and my daughter loved it. I was very happy with the tests they did on it since it was used and the price that I paid for it. I will definitely be back. more

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SLIMEBALLS!!!!! 6/19/2015

They sold us a total piece of crap trailblazer. There is NO WAY they're mechanics looked at this and thought it was safe. Been to the shop 3 times, over 3 thousand in repairs, in 4 MONTHS!!!! They wanted no part in helping us, got real bitchy when i called them. Bottom line, screw these guys, will never buy anything from them ever again. Also, I am complaining to the Better Business Bureau about them. Hope something gets done, so they quit screwing people over. The only people who have anything nice to say about them, are related to the sales reps. Regular customers get shafted. more

Horrible 2/13/2015

Salesman threw a fit when I wanted to ride with the test drive of my trade-in. I wanted to ride with so I could explain the work I had recently done. I ended up just leaving. Was a shame since I have my tax refund check cashed in my back pocket! more

Best Dealer Around 1/30/2015

I was recently in the market for a vehicle and I had a tight budget. I spent several weeks looking at many different dealerships and test driving many vehicles. This allowed me to be able to compare not only different vehicles but different dealers. Out of all the dealers I visited Finnin Ford was by far the best. They truly care about their customers and make every effort to make sure you leave satisfied. Their sales and service managers go above and beyond. The selection of used vehicles far surpasses any of the other dealers I visited. They worked with my budget and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also work with local banks such as Dupaco to provide a convenient way to finance with your own bank at the dealer so you can get all the paper work done right at Finnin Ford. I would recommend Finnin Ford to anyone and everyone! more

They suck 5/4/2012

DO not like this place, made the mistake everytime we look for a vehicle going to Mike Finnin. The first time we went to them, the lady (salesperson) had the balls to tell my husband he needed to get a "better job" to be able to get a car, and this last time, they asked my bank for more money then what we were told it was going to be. On top of that, they didnt explain the price every well, so I was told, they said they were giving us one thing and then it ended up to being totally different. So, I would not deal with these people EVER! more

If you purchased your vehicle here from the "delivery kid" aka Jamie Sheridan... Look over your contract and check the actual book value of your vehicle! management allows for a severe markup against their customers to line the pockets of their number one "salesman" or as hes been labeled "con-artist" I urge everyone to stay away from the Finnin name of Dubuque dealerships. more

I am completely satisfied and than some. I would recommend your dealership to anyone that I know. I will also be recommending April to anyone that is getting ready to make a purchase. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her field. She asks questions that pertain to the individual and took care of my needs and wants. She was AWESOME working with you. The car buying experience with her, I can honestly say was painless. I think that it is great that you all followup and take the time to get to know your customers. I also like the convenience of your oil changes. How you are willing to pick up and drop off my car as well.
