Overall, better than average 4/6/2011

Overall I'm very happy. Mike Gabriel is the best salesman I've ever dealt with. I'm hard to impress and I'm impressed with Mike. I would say that Mike Gabriel and another sales-gal were very good about keeping our toddlers occupied by bringing balloons to them. Overall, better than average experience. more

I was on vacation in Iowa 2/10/2011

I was on vacation in Iowa my power steering went out 2 days before it was time to come home. Ted Hingtgen from Mike Finnin Ford was very responsive and got me right in. He gave us a loaner car so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation and had my car fixed in time to head home. Ted was on top of it the whole time and kept me updated - Great Job! If I lived in Dubuque, I would buy my next Ford from Mike Finnin! more

Jamie was amazing to work with.? As a college student, sales employers don?t want to deal with me especially when my parents live far away.? He was fun, excited about his job.?
