I was on vacation in Iowa my power steering went out 2 days before it was time to come home. Ted Hingtgen from Mike Finnin Ford was very responsive and got me right in. He gave us a loaner car so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation and had my car fixed in time to head home. Ted was on top of it the whole time and kept me updated - Great Job! If I lived in Dubuque, I would buy my next Ford from Mike Finnin!
