We were not pleased with the service. 10/11/2017

We felt the service technician saw an opportunity to charge us a lot of money for something that was not as difficult as he made it seem. We declined their proposal to do the repairs they recommended, and were able to get everything done much faster and at a much lower cost. We were charged over $600 essentially to have their service tech snake our sewer line just enough so we could shave and shower that day. He also removed a toilet and refused to replace it, saying it was damaged and would cost over $2000 to do so. Our other plumber had it back in place in less than a half hour. We will not be using this company again. more

Kitchen redo 10/8/2017

Had the counters replaced which required a new sink, disposal, faucet and all the plumbing connections. Henry did a terrific job from start to finish. more

My Recommendation for MIke Counsil Plumbing 10/8/2017

I highly recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing for their outstanding services and price transparency. I called Mike Counsil Plumbing for a broken PVC pipe repair recently, and the technician Mario Torrez arrived at my house, he was on time and professional.  He diagnosed the issue and told me exactly how much it would cost and how long it would take to repair, and he did the exact of what he had told me.  I was very pleased with the service.  If I have plumbing issues again, I will use Mike Counsil Plumbing. more

I want to commend Mike Counsil Plumbing for not only the company 's professionalism, but also the pride in workmanship and the professional conduct of Christopher Ventura and Fernando. Initially Chris listed out my repair options and cost. After allowing me to think about moving forward with the repairs, he returned later the next day bringing Fernando to assist him. I feel like the both of them were honest and sincerely wanted to help me repair the leaking water in my bathtub as they later determined to be the problem. Service Visit 10/5/2017

Had my first service visit recently and am very pleased with your home maintenance program. I don't have anyone who can do repairs for me and appreciate that my plumbing will be checked each year and my water heater serviced. Life Saver On the Week End 9/30/2017

Yobani and Chris showed up got the problem solved and repaired. Also found the root cause and came back Wed. to complete the repair. We were very happy with their knowledge and service. They were also very good about leaving the area cleaner then what they originally found it, as our washroom had become a pond. more

Prompt fix for an emergency! 9/30/2017

An outside hydrant blew, so I shut off the main and called Mike Counsil Plumbing.. Two plumbers were here within four hours to fix it. They were helpful and informative, especially concerning the plumbing one has to deal with in a 60-year-old home on a slab foundation! All is well, and thanks for the help. more

The Go To Plumbing Company 9/30/2017

Although my problem was not urgent, the plumbers arrived within two hours. They found three causes of the problem, gave me a firm quotation,fixed the problem and were finished quickly. They left nothing for me to clean up. Very efficient, courteous and thorough. more

Excellent in every way. Worth the cost to have it done right . 9/16/2017

The crew that has been helping us are all extremely well trained and professional in every way. I particularly appreciate being kept up-to-date on every phase of the project. I highly recommend Mike Council Plumbing for anyone who wishes to make an investment in their property rather than just doing "a quick fix" for plumbing problems. Their prices reflect the excellence of their work , but it is a good value overall. more

Very Pleased with the sevice provided 9/16/2017

Mario Torrez was the technician who came to our house. He was vey professional, took the time to consider and explain all the options to the solving the problem. He expalined to me how the company prices their work and that made me feel very comfortable vs most companes who just pull a number out of the air based upon the circumstances they find. They cost $500/ hr. They size you up as how much they can steal from you , how desperate you are, and charge accordingly! Then they make you sigh papers that make it impossible to sue them! people like them are the scum of the earth. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I couldn't take that leaking bathroom sink anymore 8/23/2017

The time had come to fix that sink and I knew who I wanted to the work but I couldn't remember the name. So, I thought to myself..the magnet is on the fridge. I called Mike council plumbing and they sent someone out within a hour. So, Rocky shows up at the door introduced himself and put on the shoe covers before he entered my residence. We sat down together and he laid out all the options but left the final decision up to me. Very professionally,I might at. He installed the sink I had purchased and explained everything he did. In life quality has to out weigh quantity. In my opinion there's no better plumbing service than Mike Council Plumbing. Once, again thank you Rocky for a job well done from start to finish.
