We felt the service technician saw an opportunity to charge us a lot of money for something that was not as difficult as he made it seem. We declined their proposal to do the repairs they recommended, and were able to get everything done much faster and at a much lower cost. We were charged over $600 essentially to have their service tech snake our sewer line just enough so we could shave and shower that day. He also removed a toilet and refused to replace it, saying it was damaged and would cost over $2000 to do so. Our other plumber had it back in place in less than a half hour. We will not be using this company again.
