Quick response, quality workmanship 2/16/2018

I needed a plumber for gas line repair. I had a small leak and no idea where the leak was. Mario found the leak much more quickly than I expected he could. He and Daniel replaced pipes for me and corrected some other piping problems associated with the gas line to my laundry room. I was very impressed with Mario's attention to detail and his skill in addressing and correcting the issues with my gas line. Mario even went above and beyond by returning to my home to perform a gas line pressure test so that city inspectors could complete a final inspection. I can't say enough good things about him. Plus, he's a really nice guy. I'd definitely recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing as a reputable company. (If you're lucky, you'll get Mario assigned to your job!) more

Quick response, honest feedback, professional work and reasonable prices. 2/7/2018

I should have posted earlier, but I am just now getting time to do this. We had a major hot water leak inside of the wall behind the dishwasher and other leak in shower room. We called Mike Counsil Plumbing, the staff responded to my phone quickly and was able to send Kevin out to my house to check and fix the broken pipes. We were very impressed with the professional knowledge and excellent work done by Kevin, Jesus and the team in fixing the leaking pipes. Kevin is expert, he and his team members were insists on the highest standards and works efficiently. He briefed us every evening so we knew what had been completed and what was going to happen the next day. We would highly recommend this company and will call them again when we need plumbing. more

Always A Pleasant Experience 1/3/2018

We've hired Mike Counsil Plumbing and Rooter about 3 or 4 times now and they have honestly been wonderful for us. The young man that has come out to do maintenance for us is very considerate and hardworking, he consistently makes a huge effort to get the job done quickly but efficiently every time. It's very easy to schedule an appointment with them and they are able to answer a majority of the questions I have on the phone before they come out to do the work. They will continue to be our primary plumber for a long time and I would highly recommend their services. more

Good response to an emergency call. Technician was professional and explained the problem. Assisted with calling a restoration specialist company to start working on the standing water caused by the plumbing breatk. more

Repaired and replaced all most all of the piping under the kitchen sink as well as replacing the drain in the sink 12/11/2017

We are very pleased with the job done by Mike Counsil Plumbing. All of the old galvanized pipes under the kitchen sink needed to be replaced including removing some of the back wooden wall to get to the elbow of the pipe. The guys were cheerful and knowledgeable. They even made a trip to the hardware store to pick up the drain at 8:55 and got them to open up and let them in! Everything works great! more

The day after Thanksgiving has to be a busy time for plumbers. Stopped up kitchen sink was my issue, called two places before them and put on hold with no eventual pick up. Called and picked up... 12/11/2017

I would call for Charles for any plumbing need. 12/9/2017

He was part of the re plumbing that was done under the house. This was some time ago. I wanted to put in grab bars over the standard tub that I shower in. (I think Harvey actually put in the grab bars. But I felt no concern about the workmanship. and the care the men took with shoe covers and floor covers. Good work, but too expensive. 12/7/2017

We had a partial repipe done -- out to the city line. Work was well done (as far as I can tell). It took over a month to be finished, which I thought was too long. Communication was excellent. "Gio" briefed me every night so I knew what had been done and what was going to happen the next day. I just felt that the cost was exorbitant -- could've bought a new car for what the repipe cost! Very poor service 11/25/2017

My bedroom faucet was broken, I made an appointment and request to check and fix. The guy came, did not even look what is wrong, then said, it needs to be replaced and cost 500$. I said, can you check it first to see what is wrong, then try to repair it? The guy said, "No, we know what is wrong, it needs to be replaced". Then I said, if we do not want to pay 500$ to replace? The guy said, "then we walk away, but you need to pay 89.99$ for onsite inspection" Great Service!!! more

My plumber was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. After the plumber took a look at my situation he pulled out a pricing book and discussed pricing options for various solutions. My only suggestion to the company would be for them to post this pricing book online. more

I’m just going to contact the toilet maker to correct the problem. 11/19/2017

The service tech was friendly and professional. So I forgave the fact he was an hour late and didn’t call me when he was coming as the original call taker promised. On the downside, I paid $400.00 for what they call a ‘soft rebuild’ on a toilet tank that was leaking and wouldn’t flush. The leak was fixed but the tank runs non-stop unless I reach into the tank and shut the plug. The tech said I should order this part and that part and do it myself. Thought that’s what the plumber was supposed to do when they’re paid good $$. more

Since replacing our sewer line under the house, and coming out in emergency plumbing back-ups, Mario is my "go to" guy for plumbing issues (and with a 60 year old house there are many)! Always timely and professional. The latest was a leaking valve to the refrigerator, and he came to save the day again! more
