In late January I brought my Blazer in for the 60,000 mile recommended servicing. To make a long story short, your service advisor, Dino Maitilasso, promised me that he would keep me advised of all the progress with my vehicle. With each call, he provided me with the status and costs related to the tune-up. He kept his word and I was so very pleased. He is a credit to you and the GM corporation. I purchased my 2008 Jeep Commander at Midway Chevrolet with no issues whatsoever. I had many choices of dealerships and chose Midway over them all. With all the competition out there I chose Midway because of their commitment to service and their years in business. Forget the dealerships down on Camelback and the East Valley who knows who will own them next week, Midway is a staple in Phoenix and will be here years from now when I go to buy my kids their cars. Good work every time. 3/11/2010

Truck was done as promised at a fair price service man very knowledgeable, regarding the isssues.Have used this dealership for new purchasas and we try to do our own fleet serviceing but when it comes to any thing other than oil changes feel comfortable having this commercial service dept give us a fair price and good work. You found me a great rate 3/3/2010

Just wanted to say thanks for doing a great job on this sale. Despite not allowing any negotiating, a part of the car buying process I actually enjoy... You found me a great rate, saved me time and time money with your free delivery (a 3 hour drive each way), and the car is truly beautiful in person. It looks well prepped and everything works, as promised. Joe's descriptions of the cars few flaws were accurate, and there was no disappointment upon delivery. The process was easy, and your delivery guy (other Chris) knew quite a bit about the car itself and answered most of my questions. Show this to your bosses and tell them you both deserve a raise.
