I really liked my service advisor, she was attentive,courteous,friendly. Unlike the men that have been my service advisors in the past, she wasn't just trying to get me rushed in and out, she listened to what was going on with the vehicle, and any other little comments that I had to add. So in closing, I would like to give my service advisor a strong "two thumbs up".Thank You. more

OUTSTANDING!! 6/25/2010

WOW!! From the phone call to the pick up was OUTSTANDING!! Doug, the advisor, took the initial phone call and there we determined a couple of concerns with the vehicle. He assured me at least one was under warranty and they would determine the cause of the second concern. When I came in he advised me there was another issue that had to be addressed and the car would have to remain at least overnight. He had taken care of every detail for me to leave the car for repairs and I left worry free. He kept me in the loop for the duration of the repair and everything was done in a timely manner. He is an asset the the Midway Service Staff and worth gold. THANK YOU DOUG. more

We loved buying our car on the floor of the Cardinal stadium! Your head sales guy and finance guy were super to work with. We showed up LATE on Friday night. They still welcomed us with open arms and made the whole experience very simple and stress free. Thank you! -Kim L. more

Made the purchase very easy 5/26/2010

We had shopped on line for over a month for our Traverse. Midway Chevy is the first dealership that took our inquiry seriously and followed through on our information request. Our sales man, Scott Collins, made the purchase very easy and took into consideration that we lived 3 hours away and worked with us over the phone. more

He takes excellent care of our vehicles 5/24/2010

Todd Linneman continues to take excellent care of our vehicles. He's always straight up with what needs to be done and doesn't create "needed" services. That's a big reason we have been doing business there for all of these years. The vehicles all run great, by the way. Ralph and Mark are pretty good guys, too :) more
