Just wanted to say thanks for doing a great job on this sale. Despite not allowing any negotiating, a part of the car buying process I actually enjoy...
You found me a great rate, saved me time and time money with your free delivery (a 3 hour drive each way), and the car is truly beautiful in person. It looks well prepped and everything works, as promised. Joe's descriptions of the cars few flaws were accurate, and there was no disappointment upon delivery.
The process was easy, and your delivery guy (other Chris) knew quite a bit about the car itself and answered most of my questions.
Show this to your bosses and tell them you both deserve a raise.
