Midway is a staple in Phoenix. 5/5/2010

I purchased my 2008 Jeep Commander at Midway Chevrolet with no issues whatsoever. I had many choices of dealerships and chose Midway over them all. With all the competition out there I chose Midway because of their commitment to service and their years in business. Forget the dealerships down on Camelback and the East Valley who knows who will own them next week, Midway is a staple in Phoenix and will be here years from now when I go to buy my kids their cars. I brought you my 2005 Silverado 2500 in to Midway 2 weeks ago with a grinding transfer case. I have to be honest, when I originally called your dealership, I had little or no expectations of receiving any help from GM, as the vehicle is well beyond the warranty period. You, however, assured me to bring it in and that it would at least be worth a look. I reluctantly brought it down as you suggested, and quickly found out how wrong I was. I cannot tell you how relieved and surprised I was when you left me a voice message stating that you and your dealership had negotiated with GM to replace the part with no cost to me. I was more than happy to pay the labor costs as that was a very small percentage of the overall expense. I just wanted to say thank you for your efforts. Your assistance couldn't have come at a better time, and I will always be grateful. Feel free to share this message with all that were involved. I purchased a vehicle from Midway and am completely satisfied. Matt Horton is a very good sales rep. and both my wife and I liked him very much. He treated us very well during multiple visits to your dealership, seemed knowledgeable, perceived our needs and what we were looking for, answered all our questions and never pressured us one bit, which we really appreciated. During my time there I was also greeted by the general manager Bob Shows, and Dan Merrill the commercial director. I couldn’t believe how friendly they were, and I was impressed that they took the time out of their day to come shake my hand and answer any questions I had.
