I brought you my 2005 Silverado 2500 in to Midway 2 weeks ago with a grinding transfer case. I have to be honest, when I originally called your dealership, I had little or no expectations of receiving any help from GM, as the vehicle is well beyond the warranty period. You, however, assured me to bring it in and that it would at least be worth a look. I reluctantly brought it down as you suggested, and quickly found out how wrong I was. I cannot tell you how relieved and surprised I was when you left me a voice message stating that you and your dealership had negotiated with GM to replace the part with no cost to me. I was more than happy to pay the labor costs as that was a very small percentage of the overall expense. I just wanted to say thank you for your efforts. Your assistance couldn't have come at a better time, and I will always be grateful. Feel free to share this message with all that were involved. I couldn’t believe how friendly they were, and I was impressed that they took the time out of their day to come shake my hand and answer any questions I had.
