WOW!! From the phone call to the pick up was OUTSTANDING!! Doug, the advisor, took the initial phone call and there we determined a couple of concerns with the vehicle. He assured me at least one was under warranty and they would determine the cause of the second concern. When I came in he advised me there was another issue that had to be addressed and the car would have to remain at least overnight. He had taken care of every detail for me to leave the car for repairs and I left worry free. He kept me in the loop for the duration of the repair and everything was done in a timely manner.
