I felt Midtown Tire were good and honest mechanics. I had a flat tire and it was my first time using them. It turned out a bit expensive, but I would not have found cheaper anywhere else. more

Midtown Tire truly has your back 7/23/2014

I've been going to Midtown Tire for 20 years now. In a big city like Atlanta is, it's always kind of a hit and miss when you walk into a mechanic's shop so when you find one that truly has your back, you want to stay with them. I've driven and gone to various mechanics for the many vehicles I've had over the years. I always go back to Midtown because of the quality of their service and they never try to steer you wrong. Some mechanics play on your fear of having a lack of mechanical knowledge but they don't do that at Midtown. These guys lay it all on the line and let you make your own judgement. more

An honest mechanic! 7/22/2014

I have been going to Midtown Tire for about a year. Every time that I go in, they are all very cordial and nice. I trust that they are being honest with me about the services that I need. I am not a mechanic, so I do not know a lot about cars. I do know that they are not trying to sell me unnecessary things. The one small issue that I encountered was when I found out that they had a shuttle service. I wished I had know previously. I was taking public transportation when I needed to leave my car there. I am very happy with them and will continue to take my car there. more

Fantastic in my book 6/25/2014

We've lived a couple of blocks from them since 1992. Somebody recommended them to us so we've been using them since. We've also referred them to others. They're extremely honest, will tell you exactly what you need with the correct cost, and they do a great job. Very professional, very nice, and we keep our cars longer because of them. We have 200 thousand miles on one they've worked on and 130 thousand miles on another. Over the years, they've helped us get good mileage out of them. more

Poor and un-professional tire service 6/3/2014

My experience as a customer of Midtown Tire has been pretty poor and lackluster. I went to this shop to buy one tire and that took two hours which is beyond me and extremely frustrating. It cost me $200+ for one tire and although they gave me a discount because of the wait, I went there on purpose because I had been referred there and was in turn disappointed by the results. The technician's that day were working slow and behind the bar, un-professional in my mind and the pricing didn't help the case. I don't see myself going back here. David D. Very satisfied 5/19/2014

I'm a long time customer of Midtown Tire. Every time I come in for repairs, they recognize me by name. They try to get me in and out so that I don't have to wait. They will not pressure me into buying any additional service or doing stuff I don't need, but they will give me suggestions on things I'll need for the future. more

I've been taking my car to Midtown Tire for maybe 12 years, so I've been going there a long time. They are always courteous and friendly, and they get the work done in the time frame they tell me. I think their prices are fair, and they have good customer service. more

I've been going to Midtown Tire for at least five or six years, and their facility is always clean and neat. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. They greet you as soon as you come in. If they're busy with someone, they still let you know they'll be with you in a moment. They do a good job on the car! more

Pretty good 4/17/2014

I've been with Midtown Tire for years. This is my fourth or fifth car going to them. They're pretty nice and straightforward--I don't feel like they're trying to rip me off or anything. Also, the same guys have been working there for years so that tells me good things about the management and the company that they woulds stay for so long. It's also nice to see familiar faces when I go in. I like that they offer a ride when it's available because I live within the vicinity of where they drive. Frani Green more

Great service! 4/10/2014

I have had a good experience with Midtown Tire's and I enjoy taking my car there. I usually just take it there for quick oil changes and minor jobs and their customer service is what leaves me satisfied every time. Overall it's been a pleasant experience. 4/8/2014

My experience with Midtown Tire was pleasant overall and I am satisfied with the outcome. Essentially I was in a bind while on a long road trip when my tire went flat. Midtown Tire was very responsive in their service, got me in and out real quick with a professional and courteous demeanor. The service itself happened in Atlanta, Georgia and thankfully they were very efficient in resolving the issue. I feel like the value for the price was good and overall I can't complain. These guys treated me well, knew the inconvenience I was in and made it a speedy fix. I would highly recommend them to anybody else in the Atlanta area in need of tire replacement or servicing and will continue to use and recommend them as I have in the past. Mike M. more

Top Notch 3/29/2014

There is a lot of competion in the tire and automotive repair business. You have to have something that sets you apart. Midtown has found what it takes. I have a fleet of trucks and have used all the locations. They are honest, low pressure, and easy to do business with. I could take my trucks anywhere, but they understand the needs of my business, and all repairs are quick and never any surprises. Thanks Midtown Tire for helping to keep my business going. more

I've been going to Midtown Tire for 15 years. They run a tight, honest ship. I really think they always provide me quality service. They never try to oversell me, they just give me what I need. I've had 6 cars over the years, fleet cars and personal cars, all maintained by them. I think they do a great job and I have always liked them. more
