James E. w/ Mid-Fla HVAC of Gainesville was very professional and courteous. He took the time to not only explain what was happening during the service call but explained how the system is supposed to operate. We feel like what really set James apart is he came across like he really enjoys what he does every day. My wife and I will be requesting that James perform all of our regular maintenance/service calls in the future. We did not hesitate to sign up for another year of maintenance visits. Very Poor Company. I Spent Over $8000.00 On New 4 Ton Payne AC Package Unit. The First Install.. They Had An Assistant Duct Cleaner & A Service Guy Come Out And Try To Do The Job & After 8hr Plus, 18 Tries Just To Put The 2 Ducts On. The One Guy Got So Upset With The Ducts He Started Punching The Back Of The Unit Yelling **** **** ****.. The Unit Was Not Level And Making A Bad Tapping Noise. They Didn't Have A Reamer To Make The Hole For The Electric So He Used Pliers.. Not Counting All The Scratches And Dents From His Drill Falling Over On Top Of The Unit... $8000.00.... After Talking With Many People At The Company, They Didn't Want To Do Anything About It Until So I Called The Credit Company And Disputed The Charge. I Was Finally Was Told By The VP It Would Be Replaced With A New Unit. After Almost 40 Days It Was Switched For A 4 Ton Bryant AC Package Unit, NOT A 4 Ton Payne, Like I Was Told.. When They Came Out The Second Time To Take The First Unit Away And Replace It. The Install Guys Said The Ducts Had Water In Them And The Return Was Crushed In Several Places. I Have Pictures And Video's Of Everything I'm Saying.... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANTY FOR ANYTHING. more

We called for your company to give us an HVAC inspection. We did not expect any problems. Bruce found that we had mold growing in our system and he cleaned it out and installed an infarred (?) filter for us. He was very thorough in explaining what was happening. I have had bad allergies and been using eye drops and nose sprays. After only half a day I already feel much better and the air smells so fresh. We had no idea we had this problem at all. Bruce was so helpful and polite and we will not hesitate to refer all our neighbors to his considerate expertise. My doctor is going to be amazed!! more

In a world where it seems good customer service is obsolete. Whenever I call Mid-Fla the staff that answers the phone is always pleasant. Tangie always goes that extra mile and the service techs they send to my home are always nice, clean and professional. more
