They came out for a 69.99 tune up,end up selling us a new A/c for $5780.00 plus $89.00 for service call,they were told not to take old A/C,but they did then they told us they would bring back old A/C but sold it,the new A/C did not work ,it turns out that they crossed the ducts and kinked the A/C ducks coming out of the new unit,made bad elc. connections opened to the weather. We had a 12:00 pm App. they showed up at 6:30pm. I told them to come back the next day and they told me it was a plug and go system because I own a Double wide it would be easy,when they left at 10:30pm that night they try to steal the brand new thermostat that I had them put in the day before. They also were supposed to install 16 seer unit and put in a 14 seer unit.
