Been going here several years without any problems. Got a card in the mail for annual checkup. I was not having any problems, but I called to make appt to update prescription. Went in, paid copay, and went back, as usual. After the basics were done, the assistant said there were no problems and was about to send me on my way... At that point, I told him the reason I was there was for prescription update. He left and came back and said I had to pay an additional $30. So I went back up to the front and asked why I was not informed to begin with(this had never happened before). I was told the appt was noted as annual exam. I informed that was incorrect and why was I not asked to begin with what I was there for. The receptionist replied, ""Sir, do you know how many people we see?"" Well, at that point I asked for a refund of the copay and left. If I am going to be insulted and treated like a number, I'll take my business somewhere else.
