Wow, what an experience with your company. Rude and non- responsive. My wife has been trying to get a contact lens prescription for quite some time. Now she receives it with an expired date on it and the company, Cooper is not even the manufacturer as it says on the RX. It's Unilens! I just spoke to the manufacturer and they told me they are in Largo and that order time is 1 to 2 days, yet your company took more than 10 days. The doctor never called after repeated requests. Your reception people are rude. I did get a nice call from the office manager, when I asked to complain to Dr. Michaelos. But never any follow up from there. If you had told us up front that you don't do contacts, we would gladly go elsewhere. How do I get a refund for the money and time wasted?
