Refuses to pay refunds. Have been trying for 5 months with 11 communications with their office & billing dept. No one calls back,use stalling tactics-when someone does talk to you they say it's being processed-over and over again or the claim is being looked at. I paid for my visits up front. It was their error for not calculating the insurance coverage. Ins says 60 day time frame for refunds--NOT 5 months. My rating is negative stars!!!!
