Metro RV

\r Mark S. January 07, 2014 \r Excellent Service! \r \r I have been an RVer for years. I'm on my 4th unit to date and camp frequently. I found Metro RV years ago after having terrible luck with one of the local Big Box type stores repeatedly. ( I wont mention them by name because I don't want to give them any more publicity) When my gen quit on my way out to Thousand Trails Santa Barbara one weekend, I stopped in without an appointment., The service guy knew which model I had just by looking at it and even knew of a prevalent problem they had with this model. He quoted me an estimate and sure enough he was right. They replaced the part, were under budget and had the part in stock!! I cant tell you how many times my rig sat in the Big Box place for weeks or months for something stupid. Anyway, I was very happy and made my trip. When I had a chance encounter with a guide post at a local gas station, I took the rig down to them for repair and again, the work was under estimate and excellent! I have had my black tank repaired, my a/c, had a new awning installed and each time the work was great. I personally have had no problems with them outside an occasional brief parts delay which comes with having an older unit and never weeks or moths. I would and do recommend them to my friends and people I meet along the way..excellent consistent work! (As a side note, my neighbors rent units from them to go with us to Santa Barbara from time to time and always have good luck. Aside from an occasional burnt out bulb or something simple, the units are clean and have all the goodies. I guess their (Metro's) units are privately owned and not the stripped down models I see out there sometimes that look like giant billboards... I personally would never drive what looks like a giant billboard! ha ha! )\r more

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH METRO RV UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!\r THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOWED TO RENEW THEIR SALES LICENSE AND WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO DO SO AGAIN IN CALIFORNIA!!!\r They are under investigation by the CA DMV for multiple cases where they have sold RV's, not paid off the existing liens, not transferred title or registration, and have stolen money for extended service contracts through Cornerstone.\r There have also been criminal charges filed against them.\r I fell victim to their scheme with an RV that I purchased back in December 2012. It was a consignment sale. They have yet to pay off the original lien, transfer title/registration, give the lien to my bank, and they also took my $3k for a service contract that Cornerstone has no record of.\r I am working with the DMV, my bank, and a personal lawyer to hold them accountable.\r They screw the seller, the buyer, and everyone in between. This has apparently been going on for years. more

Watch what you are entering into... took over 2hours to pick the RV up, and over 30 days to get deposit back.... still waiting... actual RV was fine, service questionable. more

I had a wonderful time this summer exploring the great northwest with my family. Who knew a roadtrip as adults could be just as fun as when we were kids. Thank you Metro RV for all the assistance and being part of the fun times! more

Without Metro I would have been a mess. They were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. In August 2011 Cheryl helped me figure out what I wanted in my RV, because I was wrong! Dont get me wrong, after leaving Metro I did my homework and confirmed everything they told me, and yes, what I walked in looking for would have been a horrible choice for what I was looking to do. I had limited funds and big dreams so I went used, and my forty foot home looks almost new. Not having the credit to finance I never dreamed I could get the level of luxury I did but Ray worked hard for me to get all I wanted while letting me take some time to pay for it, all with out financing in my case. If you want to buy an RV for the best price's I found in So Cal head to Metro RV Burbank. more

When i got there automatically the staff was polite and patient throughout the process. They did everything to sell my rv close enough to the price i was asking for. They sold my rv within days and they did not rip me off one cent . I couldn't ask for better service . more

We had a great experience with Metro RV. They had a very nice selection. They were very patient and non-pushy. They were truly great. The best part about them is their customer service before and after the purchase. Ray is a great person. He was extremely helpful. He is an absolutely great guy. Danny is amazing. He helped me with any issue that was found. They even drove over an hour to my house after the purchase to help me with a small issue. I highly recommend Metro RV for your next RV purchase or RV service. more
