Your service person appeared to know exactly what he was doing. He explained as he went along. Was very plesant.

Worst

Not sure about the a/c. Had one before and went 15 yrs without any issue. Had this one for 1.5 yrs and had to have someone come out since it cut off and service man could not find...

It's hard to describe what a great experience we had with this company. I can say however, we needed them urgently for an ac repair, and they turned up when we needed them. They worked in with us and made us feel that we were valuable to them. more

My husband called in MES last week to look at our air conditioner. I can't tolerate the current heat, so it is very important that our ac is running properly. MES showed up on time, fixed the issue quickly, and didn't cost too much either. more

I bought a new home and the air 6/4/2012

I bought a new home and the air conditioning, vents, and hoses all looked very old and worn. I called Metro Energy Savers to inspect it and give me their professional opinion. They suggested replacing the air conditioner, clean vents, and replace the hoses. They installed, cleaned, and repaired what could be saved. I can't recommend them enough. more

My business relies heavily on having a 5/22/2012

My business relies heavily on having a consistent temperature for customer comfort. So when either my air conditioning or heating breaks down, I call MES. They turn up within a very short time, fix the problem and their rates are very reasonable. more

I'm a very fussy consumer, and I expect value for money. When I find a good company, I stick with them. This is the case with Metro Energy Savers. I have used them on a couple of occasions for my air conditioning repair and I wouldn't use anyone else. more

I needed my vents cleaned out, and it's not a job I can do myself. I called in MES to do the job. While they were there, my air conditioner decided to make strange noises, so they also did my ac repair. The rates were great as was the service. more

Not many companies seem to understand what great customer service is these days. MES is one company who seems to have old fashioned values, together with old fashioned prices. Always my first choice for an air conditioning repair. more

A decent furnace repair requires someone who knows what they're doing. This is why I will only call MES for any of my heating or furnace repairs. Thankfully, because they do such a great job, I don't have to call them that often. more

When my heating furnace broke down and 5/21/2012

When my heating furnace broke down and needed a furnace repair, I had no idea who I needed to call. A friend searched online and got me the number of this company. Not only did they turn up that very same day, they had the parts and fixed my furnace within 24 hours. Can't get much better service than that! more

Great Company?! We were having problems cooling our office as the thermostat was far away from that room and the office received direct sun through the windows. The first company that we hired suggested a second thermostat, one as the primary and one as the secondary. Then I called Metro Energy Savers and they repaired it without changing?..! Very good Company. more

He fixed the problem in 20 minutes and billed me too small. 2/22/2012

When the AC condensation water backed up, it ran right down the electrical connections for the hot water heater, which ruined my water heater and soaked the floor and carpet. Their own tech pointed out the problem with the unplugged drain hole. He fixed the problem in 20 minutes and billed me too small. more

The Furnace is still running wel 2/21/2012

Metro Energy Savers came to our rescue in two hours and after a one hour repair to the Service Experts installation gaffe we were up and running. Needless to say we got the best repair service ever I had and the Furnace is still running well. We recommend you do the same. more
