I originally contacted Metro Energy Savers a couple of years ago through the CostCo purchase program. We wanted to discuss a possible system upgrade for the heating and AC in our home. The Sales person who came out was very knowledgeable about the systems that they sell as well as AC systems in general. I learned a lot just listening to him. We decided to wait at that point and did not purchase anything. A few weeks ago the one of the AC units in our home stopped cooling. I did not know who to call so I contacted Metro Energy Savers to see if they could come take a look at this and see if it could be repaired, and also service our other 2 systems to make sure that they did not have issues that would show up soon. They were able to get a technician out to my house just a couple of hours after I called them! I was not at home but my wife was. She talked to the Tech and showed him the system that was having a problem. He discovered what the issue was and was able to repair it for us. He also determined that one of our other systems was not putting out the right amps and would probably have that same part fail on it in the near future. We had him replace that one while he was there. We know that our systems are about 13 years old and will need to be replaced in the not so distant future. I can say that I will be calling Metro Energy Savers when that time comes! They have never tried to force sell anything to me, or over sell items etc. They know their jobs well! They have pointed out a couple of areas where we need to increase the return air vent size to help the systems run better and more efficiently. I highly recommend Metro Energy Savers if you have an AC/Heating issue, or need a new system. I think you will be pleased with the work that they do! more

Our poor AC couldn't cope with the temp being 106 outside. I called MES, was told they were very busy, but someone could come in about 8 hours. 2 hours later, a nice tech appeared and had everything thing fixed in less than an hour!!! To celebrate, we ran the AC at 75 at bedtime. We were freezing about an hour later and had turn the temp up! Thanks MES!!! more

We have used Metro Energy for the last 2 years when we bought our home. Anytime we have called they have been there within the hour. Their service men are professional and very knowledgeable, always ready to explain what's going on and always have some money saving tips as well. When they came out last week he suggested that we put up a small fence around the compressor to keep our dogs away when nature calls because this ruins your copper. Who knew! Fence is up and we will always use Metro. more

My system is not working properly I have had about 8 different visit and the problem isn't solved I also called. Good Contractor for a solution still same tech comes out and I still have the issue I also called the owner I left a voicemail with my phone number didn't get a call back . more

I called for a visit on Friday afternoon late after discovering upstairs 3 ton unit broken. I keep my maintenence up bi- annually, and have trusted metro for nearly 29 yrs. They quoted me a price to fix a problem that was $300 higher that a competitor and wouldn't waive service call fee. Needless to say when I was not given preferential treatment in spite of my loyalty, I hired someone else!! more

We have had Metro Energy Savers for over 15 years. We would never change as they have kept our system up and running for a long time, at least 10 of those years with our current system that we bought from them. The men who come to check our system are always nice and thorough. more

I've been using Metro Energy Savers for about 10 years. I've had them maintain my system at least once a year if not twice. Unfortunately this past year my 16 year system, that really only was supposed to have a life of 10 years, finally just wasn't going to make it anymore. Metro gave me a great price on a quality new system and was really great to work with. I've already seen savings in my electric bill so probably should have done this sooner. I love the tech I have coming out to the house and will always request him. Chris is just awesome. He really looks out for the customer and does whatever it takes to make sure the customer is taken care of. more
