We recieved great service from a great place although we have had the car for no more than a year and it already having problems shifting when on the highway it drops in lower gears and back up and jults you by shifting down and it has many things that dont work like the dvd and tape player also shifts into neutral when going down the highway when you dont even touch the gear shift so all together great service but a car that isnt worth its money more

I just wanted to say that Jerry is the best fiance rep that I have had the pleasure of working with. I was given a choice of multiple vehicles to look at. Even when I came across some hard times I just called him up and explained my situation to him and he worked with me without giving my any grief. He is absolutely the best. Thank you so much more

We bought and paid for 2 vehicles through Metcalf. We have had an excellent partnership with our manager Frank and even bought tires through their service department. We've never had issues with any of our vehicles and are ready to come back for a third vehicle. more

I went to Metcalf Auto expecting to be turned down or treated like dirt like I had been at 3 other companies earlier in the day. I walked through the door and spoke with Jerry filed out a simple app. Then I was out looking at cars, and trucks. Jerry came out and helped me with my choice, Before I knew it we were signing my contract and I was out the door. I came back the next day. To have a few things fixed that I noticed when I picked out the truck. They were great, there were no questions asked, and I am now thinking of buying a second car from them for my wife more

I am an actual customer who purchased my vehicle from Metcalf Auto Plaza 3 years ago. First things first my buying experience was easy and hassel free. I didn't feel pressured to purchase and I was given several buying options that were designed to fit my lifestyle. The inventory was well past what I had orginially expected (lots of nice cars to choose from). I was able to drive away the same day despite the fact that I was credit challanged and had NO MONEY to put down. Repairs are expected with ANY used car (no matter who or where you get them from), I've had a total of 3 repairs to my car and each time Metcalf Auto's Reapir personnel made sure I was back on the road in no time (same day). They were always kind and curteous to my needs, and always very professional. They're always easy to do business with and they make sure the wait is short yet comfortable. I am pleased to say that I am near the end of my payments and look forward to owning my car. I RECOMMEND Metcalf Auto Plaza to anyone who is looking for a great used car at an extremly fair price, especially if your credit challanged and have little if any money to put down. more

I came to Metcalf auto plaza after a horrible eexperience af Neil's finence. Metcalf put me in a 03 impala (very nice I thought). A few days later my car began making a jerking I brought it back. They set the sensers over in the transmisson. They car got worse the check engine light came on it began jurking uncontrollable and making a loud viberation sound. I brought the car back they ordered me a new transmission . Before I can take it back to get the new transmission the heat goes out in the car. I haven't had the car for 30days. Although they are fixing everything free I don't think I should have had these many problems within 30days. Not to mention it's freezing cold in the business. I consider going to Metcalf as a lesson learned I'll never goany back again or will I recommend anyone to go more

Ok first off my fellow peeps. I am getting nothing for posting this. I am doing this with no compensation from Metcalf auto. They did us right. Me and my wife were there less than an hour and we were off the lot. Have your proof of income, insurance, and down payment. And they square you away. We are almost a year or so paying off our vehicle. (I think) And we are going to be getting another car from these guys. Ask for Burrito. Thanks Metcalf more

Everyone I met was helpful, caring and went above and beyond to get me mobile again. My car went down and Metcalf Auto was able to got me in a vehicle and able to keep my job and keep my child attending the school across town!!! more

I was so tired and ready to give up trying to get a decent car! I drove out to metcalf and they told me i wouldnt leave without a car ! so deal ! first car i looked at i test drove and fell in love with ! I have had one issue though two days after my warranty expired a major part messed up on my car i called to get a quote to see how much they would charge me and it was a little steep ! but other than that I am happy ! more

Metcalf Auto Plaza has been so awesome. We had a situation where our credit wasn't as good as it should be, and we had another loan. Metcalf worked through it with us, and they really saved us a whole lot. We were going to be without a car, but they helped us out tremendously. They gave us an awesome car. I have heard before that if a car makes it through the winter without any problems, it is a good car, and this car hasn't given us any problems. I love me car and the service. I have bought six cars from Metcalf Auto Plaza. They gave me my first chance with them awhile back. They offered me a low down payment, ran a little credit check, and I was rolling. I've spent about $70,000 in total, and they treat me like family. If I have a problem with any of my cars, I give them a call, get it out there there, and they get it back to me the next day. Everything would be okay with Metcalf Auto Plaza, but my car is basically falling apart and there is nothing I can do about it. These are things that they knew were wrong before I purchased it, but they won't do anything about it. Also, the car note is too high, and it is killing me.
