I went to Metcalf Auto expecting to be turned down or treated like dirt like I had been at 3 other companies earlier in the day. I walked through the door and spoke with Jerry filed out a simple app. Then I was out looking at cars, and trucks. Jerry came out and helped me with my choice, Before I knew it we were signing my contract and I was out the door. I came back the next day. To have a few things fixed that I noticed when I picked out the truck. They were great, there were no questions asked, and I am now thinking of buying a second car from them for my wife
