I am an actual customer who purchased my vehicle from Metcalf Auto Plaza 3 years ago. First things first my buying experience was easy and hassel free. I didn't feel pressured to purchase and I was given several buying options that were designed to fit my lifestyle. The inventory was well past what I had orginially expected (lots of nice cars to choose from). I was able to drive away the same day despite the fact that I was credit challanged and had NO MONEY to put down. Repairs are expected with ANY used car (no matter who or where you get them from), I've had a total of 3 repairs to my car and each time Metcalf Auto's Reapir personnel made sure I was back on the road in no time (same day). They were always kind and curteous to my needs, and always very professional. They're always easy to do business with and they make sure the wait is short yet comfortable. I am pleased to say that I am near the end of my payments and look forward to owning my car. I RECOMMEND Metcalf Auto Plaza to anyone who is looking for a great used car at an extremly fair price, especially if your credit challanged and have little if any money to put down.
