I came to Metcalf auto plaza after a horrible eexperience af Neil's finence. Metcalf put me in a 03 impala (very nice I thought). A few days later my car began making a jerking I brought it back. They set the sensers over in the transmisson. They car got worse the check engine light came on it began jurking uncontrollable and making a loud viberation sound. I brought the car back they ordered me a new transmission . Before I can take it back to get the new transmission the heat goes out in the car. I haven't had the car for 30days. Although they are fixing everything free I don't think I should have had these many problems within 30days. Not to mention it's freezing cold in the business. I consider going to Metcalf as a lesson learned I'll never goany back again or will I recommend anyone to go
