Fresh, Awesome Food 6/26/2007

We had the lobster special, it was meaty and well worth the price (maybe abit\r under priced). We highly recommend the scallops and shrimp dish. It was amazing the \r way it was prepared. The shrimp were not over cooked, still juicy and not chewy and the \r scallops were delicious, tender and has a sweetness to them. The waitress recommended \r a Mai Tai, we were surprised, did not know they still make them. It was very well done, enough liquor\r to give you a little buzz. Everything was very good. We had a very pleasant experience that evening. Pros: Great Seafood dishes and Terrific cocktails Cons: A tad softer on the music. more

We had the lobster special, it was meaty and well worth the price (maybe abit under priced). We highly recommend the scallops and shrimp dish. It was amazing the way it was prepared. The shrimp were not over cooked, still juicy and not chewy and the scallops were delicious, tender and has a sweetness to them. The waitress recommended a Mai Tai, we were surprised, did not know they still make them. It was very well done, enough liquor to give you a little buzz. Everything was very good. THE DECOR DOES NOT SEEM TO FIT THE NEIGHBORHOOD. IT IS MORE OF A MANHATTAN KIND OF FEEL INSIDE. THE WINE LIST IS PRETTY IMPRESSIVE. THERE ARE SOME \r FABULOUS DISHES ON THE MENU AS WELL. IF YOU LIKE SEAFOOD, YOU MUST TRIED THE SALMON\r IT IS FRESH, TASTY AND NICELY PREPARED. IF YOU ARE ONE WHO LOVE A NICE BIG STEAK , YOU\r MUST ORDER THE JUICY RIB STEAK. IT IS BIG. Quick, Tasty, and Fresh,... Nice... 5/26/2007

My friends and I went to check out this restaurant after reading several of the reviews listed on Citysearch. Previous reviewers recommended the steak and the kobe burger, so we gave it a shot. The food came quickly, nice... the food was tasty, nice... the food was fresh, nice...the bartender was cute, nice... but our cocktails came a tad slow, not so nice...maybe because the server was schmoozing with the customers at the corner table. I do have to say that once she brought us our drinks, she did spend some time getting to know us as well, so that's nice.... Overall, we spent a pretty penny, had a tasty meal, and had an enjoyable evening. Looking forward to going back. We hear that they have some nice options on their brunch menu. \r Pros: Friendly staff and Great music Cons: Dimly lit, Limited elbow room more

My friend really enjoyed her kobee beef\r burger, the best in Brooklyn.The place must be popular, it filled up quickly and it was after 9pm.\r We will be back on a Tuesday to try their tasting menu. YUM!!! One of the best meals we've had in NYC! 4/9/2007

We strolled in on a Sunday evening, not too hungry but looking fro something nice in our neighborhood. We decided to share an appetizer, salad, and entree so we could splurge on a bottle of wine. The service was great and the food was INCREDIBLE! The warm goat cheese appetizer was amazing. But the show stopper was the Lamb special. It was cooked perfectly and dare I say one of the best dinners I've had in NY. If we were at home the plate would've been licked! We'll defintiely be going back. \r \r I've never written a review before, but this was just too good not to share. Pros: Food is Delicious and Gorgeous! more

YUM!!! One of the best meals we've had in NYC! 4/8/2007

Great Food, Great service, Great People 4/1/2007

I visited melt this weekend for lunch. They were busy, but not ridiculously busy. Busy enough where you know it must be good, but not so busy that you want to fight someone waiting to eat. I took my girlfriend here and she loved it as much as I did. The food was delicious and the waitress was an absolute doll. So much so, that we asked for the manager to put in a good word and he was the nicest guy ever as well. I strongly reccommend this place if you want good food served quickly by genuinely nice people! Make sure to get there before 8pm ,it gets crowded 3/25/2007

This was the first time we ate here. It was really, really good. At 7pm we were there and it got crowded \r fast, by 8pm it was a full house. I guess everyone came for the 3 course meal for $20.12 \r The food was very good. We all had a good time and we will be back. Please pass on our compliment\r to the chef. Fantastic New Menu 2/10/2007

We stopped by this cozy neighborhood restaurant last night and stumbled upon it's reopening. There is a new chef and new menu. I had the goat cheese ravioli starter and the sea scallops entree. My friend tried the lobster dumplings and the filet mignon. Everything was delicious! We can't wait to go back and try more. more
