I?m a personal trainer and I send people to these clinics all the time. I don?t know anybody there or have anything to do with them but everybody athat I talk to that goes gets results. We learn some about nutrition and metabolism when we get certified but I mainly develop exercise plans and show people technique. For people who need extra help with dieting and stuff the doctors at the medicenter can add that extra know how. more

I don’t know why no one else is talking about the fact that this program is run by professional physicians and that the supplement they use is actually FDA approved. I was on a plan before that nearly killed me. Literally. My former trainer recommended some stuff that gave me heart palpitations and shortness of breath. It’s since been banned. I seemed to have tried everything, but I was on a roller coaster of weight swings. I used to jump on every fad diet... and they worked for a short time, but the weight would always return. With dedication and help from the staff, I've been able to keep it off as well! The staff is so friendly and supportive, it makes you excited to go weigh in every week. I can't believe that I'm losing weight as quickly as I am! I've tried all of the diets - NutraSystem, MediFast, Transformations, etc...and it's true what Medi-WeightLoss says - they are 'the one that works'! In a month, I'm down more than one dress size. It's great to go to the store and get into a M instead of a L, and back to 8-10s instead of 12's! I never wanted to believe I was a 12, anyway - yay for me! This is a good, solid weight loss plan. I'm attached to the staff at Medi Winter Park, they're all really friendly and helpful. I can call or e-mail with any questions, and they get right back with me.
