I can't believe that I'm losing weight as quickly as I am! I've tried all of the diets - NutraSystem, MediFast, Transformations, etc...and it's true what Medi-WeightLoss says - they are 'the one that works'!
In a month, I'm down more than one dress size. It's great to go to the store and get into a M instead of a L, and back to 8-10s instead of 12's! I never wanted to believe I was a 12, anyway - yay for me! This is a good, solid weight loss plan. I'm attached to the staff at Medi Winter Park, they're all really friendly and helpful.
