I seemed to have tried everything, but I was on a roller coaster of weight swings. I used to jump on every fad diet... and they worked for a short time, but the weight would always return. Sound familiar? Then, based on a co-workers success (she lost 43 pounds), I started my own program at Medi Clinics in Winter Park in March. I lost 37 pounds and counting!!! I feel great, comfortable, and know I am a healthier person inside and out. The Doctors and staff were helpful and supportive, the program was easy to follow, and I am thrilled with the results!!! Thank you Medi!!!!
