The staff was great and the doctors are awesome. They are very nice to patience.

Worst

I went to Medi -Help because I had been suffering with a cold for over a week and it was not going away. I was getting married the following weekend and needed it to go away ASAP...

I came here to Medi-Help to get seeing after a mild car accident. I was very pleased with the service. Everyone here is very nice, and very helpful. more

I set up an appointment to come in last minute, and they saw me right away. Their staff is really friendly and the doctors are professional and assuring. Very intelligent and knowledgeable. Glad I went to this place. more

Excellent 6/15/2011

They are simply amazing. I felt ill suddenly, so I went in without an appointment. I was treated with respect, and in a very professional manner. The time was also very minimal, which was hard to believe because I was a walk-in. Thank you for your excellence. more

I am still a little in awe of how supremely well run this place is. From the check in, through the end: ahead of schedule, fast, easy, super friendly staff, excellent doctor care and so many fun touches that I can understand would make what could be a very scary place seem inviting. more

I LOVE Dr. Jaicigevic! Thorough, thoughtful, open-minded, and the best doctor I've had. Has great hours for regular patients (aka, if you work full time they'll find a time to see you). Plus, just a super nice person. Has changed the way I view a primary Dr. I will never go anywhere else. more

Great service!! 5/16/2011

Fastest place for walk-ins!! I don't really have the habit of making appointments. Second time that I show up without an appointment and all the staff was still very nice. Didn't have to wait for too long, and service was great. Great to get treated like this in those sick moments rather than getting the horrible service that i was expecting for being a walk -in. I love this place. more

Clean, nice staff, and you can usually get in and out within an hour. I've been here for a variety of ailments and have never had an issue here. more

Staff was Awesome 4/21/2011

I was so sick and new to the area and not sure of what Doctor to see until a neighbor suggested Medi-help. I did not make an appointment and just walked in . The staff was very helpful the wait time was not very long at all. The Dr. was so sweet and really took time talking and diagnosing me. I was very happy with the experience and would have to say that this was all in all a very positive experience. more

The best doctor I've ever had! 4/20/2011

The BEST doctor I have ever had. He has a wonderful disposition about him. he talks clearly and explains EVERYTHING in down to earth detail. I was recommend to him by a friend, and we are both very happy. he has also worked with me to continue with my treatment of asthma and allergies while I am trying/will be pregnant. more

Helpful and patient with me 4/19/2011

I found the doctor and the assistants to be extremely helpful and patient with me. Regarding price, I was not misled at all, and prices were disclosed appropriately. One would indeed have to travel far in order to find service this good. more

Good enough 4/10/2011

They were able to see me quickly in the evening. I can't claim I liked them as well as my regular doctor, but they were head and shoulders above the ER. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. They did a follow up and adjusted my meds. The diagnosis was correct and I was feeling better in a few days. If your problem is serious, I'd go to the ER. If an office visit is what you need and you can't get to your doctor's during the day Medihelp may be just the ticket. more

Had Great Service and quick diagnosis 9/9/2010

I read these negative reviews and cringe because I have had a great experience here. I have gone to Medi Help 3-4 times over the last 2 years. The Dr.s and nurses were always professional, efficient and nice. If I needed a x-ray it was done in office and saved me so much time as compared to my Dr. In the height of flu season I could get in and out on the same day and withing 1 to 2 hours if less. My Dr. is sometimes hard to get into see and has to send me elsewhere for test, which usually takes more days. I am happy to have Medi-Help just around the corner for when I need it!! more
