I went to Medi -Help because I had been suffering with a cold for over a week and it was not going away. I was getting married the following weekend and needed it to go away ASAP! I walked in the door around 8pm knowing that they didnt close until 9 and figured they would have plenty of time to treat my cold. As soon as I walked in the door the receptionist said ""what do you need!"" So I told her about my cold and that I was getting married in a week but she could have cared less. She told me they were not taking any more patients because they leave at 9 and she was clocking out. She told me I could make an appointment the next day but that it would have to be in the afternoon because they were too busy in the morning. I asked what times they had available amd she said ""well im not going to read you the whole book!"" I could not believe she was being so rude so I told her that I didnt want an appointment and that I was going somewhere else. I went to MedExpress in Greentree and they were wonderful. I will never go to Medi-Help again.
