Good: Nothing.. Bad: 2 1/2 hr wait. Refused to give a copy of discharge paperwork. Returned a few days later and the front office help was extremely rude for no reason, not once...

I have been to med help numerous times over the years. I would not ocontine to go there if they were not helpful and professiomal\r \r The wait varies but I've never gotten up and left. And I have walked out of Bristol Hospital's ER.\r \r It's a good place to get medical attention. I will definitly return if needed. more

A great Alternative to Emergency rooms 10/17/2010

I have been to med help for Flu shots, injuries, sinus infections etc. Everything except my annual physical with my primary care physician. My experience has been very good. I have always been treated well from the friendly staff. The health care given there has been top shelf. I have waited at times but no more than 1 hour at the most. Most times I have been seen in a mater of 15 to 20 minutes. It is much better than waiting in an emergency room. I find it much more convienent than making an appointment with my primary care, and much faster. more

Rude staff and long, long waits 6/7/2010

My son injured his hand. Waited 2 1/2 hrs. Never got discharge paperwork. Returned 2 days later. Encountered the rudest front office staff ever, and for no reason. My husband stopped by later on the same day to try to obtain my son's XRAY on CD, he encountered the same rude office staff. Now, my husband is extremely laid back and easy going, and even he asked to speak to someone to complain about this incredibly rude woman. Never again! Would rather wait in a hospital ER. Get better service there any way. Cons: Everythin else more
