My son injured his hand. Waited 2 1/2 hrs. Never got discharge paperwork. Returned 2 days later. Encountered the rudest front office staff ever, and for no reason. My husband stopped by later on the same day to try to obtain my son's XRAY on CD, he encountered the same rude office staff. Now, my husband is extremely laid back and easy going, and even he asked to speak to someone to complain about this incredibly rude woman. Never again! Would rather wait in a hospital ER. Get better service there any way.
