MEARS IS HORRIBLE!!!! 3/11/2011

Horrible service. I reported this company to the BBB this morning. They refused me a ride because I only needed to go 3 miles, but I was on crutches and couldn't walk, and I had to walk home in the dark with no sidewalk because of them. Never again. I wish I could rate them a 0 out of 5. more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! 11/16/2010

An awful experience. Driver and Dispatcher were extremely rude and vulgar towards customers. They caused the entire van to miss our flights because the driver was lost and the dispatcher refused to send another van. Consumer beware. Plus, the positive reviews look fake. more
