Excellent Service 9/21/2017

We realized our hot water heater was leaking and immediately called McHales (around 10:30am). Upon calling we were assured they could help us out. By 4:30 we had a new hot water heater that was a reasonable rate. We can't thank them enough for all of the help and professionalism. more

Drain pipe fixed 9/11/2017

Top Drawer! 8/1/2017

PPL utility company's feed line to my carriage house was torn away when the supporting utility pole was knocked down. A call to McHale's resulted in an instant response; the receptionist wrote up the work order on Day 1, Ed came out to assess the requirements on Day 2, and by mid-Day 3 he completed the arduous assignment. In addition, he upgraded my antiquated 90 amp service. Throughout his efforts, he kept me informed on the progress and offered viable suggestions on alternative fixes. Very professional and amiable. He's on my speed dial for the next service call. more

Great service from McHales -- we picked the name out of an internet suggestion when a kitchen leak developed. Other plumbing companies were unable to come out the next day, but McHales was happy to do so. They sent Mark K first thing in the morning and he was just great -- fixed the initial problem and addressed another. Very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Very satisfied with the service and would call McHales again. Thank you! more

I had McHale's out to my elderly Fathers out for 2 separate projects and both times the technicians were so professional, personable, and helpful. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to my Dad and I. A little on the pricey side but worth it for a job well done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing services! more

clogged vent pipe 3/1/2017

Drain tech Joe was determined to free the material in the vent pipe. He stayed with it while it rained for two hour and finally opened the vent that was clogged with roofing shingle material. Great guy, neat clean and honest! Highly recommended! more
