PPL utility company's feed line to my carriage house was torn away when the supporting utility pole was knocked down. A call to McHale's resulted in an instant response; the receptionist wrote up the work order on Day 1, Ed came out to assess the requirements on Day 2, and by mid-Day 3 he completed the arduous assignment. In addition, he upgraded my antiquated 90 amp service. Throughout his efforts, he kept me informed on the progress and offered viable suggestions on alternative fixes. Very professional and amiable. He's on my speed dial for the next service call.
