My 15 year old central air was not working as good as it could. Called at 830am and by 1pm Ian was on site. Instead of trying to sell me a new System, he did a full check and added 2lbs of freon. A/C works as good as new. more

Great company & great staff. My coworker had recommended this company for my water main replacement. I had gotten estimates from 6 contractors and they had the best price. They ran into every imaginable problem on the install for my 100+ year old home. They worked a very long hard day and still stuck to their original quote. They were very friendly and professional and left my home immaculate when they left. In the future I won't waste my time with other estimates and I'll just call these guys first. more

John Bolli of McHales's Inc. unclogged our drains today (a Saturday) quickly and without making a mess of our home. In fact, I think the place is cleaner than when he got here. I was very impressed with the care that John took in performing his work and the respect he showed to us and to our house. John put covers over his work boots before walking through our home and immediately took care of any spillage from the drains he was cleaning. John's worked quickly and professionally telling us what he was doing and what caused our problem so that we could avoid it recurring in the future. We recently needed electrical work outside to get our front walkway path light working again. Ed S of McHales Inc. in Levittown, PA did the job quickly and professionally making sure that all work met or exceeded electrical codes and that the site looked better than it did before he started. After waiting 24 hours for a call back from a plumber we had used, I Googled for a Bucks County plumber. I was looking for someone to replace our hot water heater. Instead of getting an answering machine, I was talking with a real live thinking person. She assured me that a service representative would be coming that afternoon but he would call first.Two hours later Mark K. called and asked a few questions concerning the problem, the size of the existing tank, the size of pipes etc. He wanted to make sure he had the needed materials on the truck. When he arrived he examined the water heater and location etc. He shortly presented us with 5 written options and prices for addressing the failed hot water heater. He was patient while listening to our thought process and shared his educated thoughts - was a nice relaxed dialogue! Our choice meant that he needed to order a larger unit and reschedule the following day for installation - showing flexibility! The installation was completed as promised. In addition to installing the new water heater he witnessed that two bathrooms were beyond slight updating and that we had been planning some major work. Mark highly recommended McHale's showroom and planning services. Yes, we do have a first meeting planned! In summary Mark was punctual, thorough, polite, and communicative.
