I called for service and the plumber was great. He did run into an electrical problem and called the electrician who found the problem immediately and corrected it. Could have caused a fire. I am extremely grateful to both of them for the excellent work they did,. more

Excellent 5/11/2018

Our sewer line was clogged and the shower and toilet were spewing sewage. Joe was quick, efficient, and understood that I was on a schedule and had to leave to go to work. McHale's is the best and we now use them for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. In fact, we took advantage of their service program. Very reasonably priced as well! Thank you! more

Clogged sewer pipe 4/2/2018

Kudos to Nick and Jumani who were awesome...wastewater that backed up into toilet was gone lickety-split ! They also suggested a permanent solution should this nasty situation recur. I look forward to working with them on the next project. more

Didn't know what to expect 4/2/2018

Didn't know what to expect. I've used other plumbing companies in the past and always felt TAKEN. I was so pleased with not only the level of service but so professional and pleasant. Both Gene and Mike went out of their way to help resolve my problem. I highly recommend McHale's and will always be my first and only call. Thanks guys! more

I was in need of a new laundry tub, faucet and drain line. Michael S. did a great job. He was very thorough & explained all he was doing and patiently answered all questions. Michael went above and beyond in answering other plumbing concerns I had, he said he loves the work he does and it shows! Before leaving, Michael checked & tested all of his work. He was committed to do a great job and he did! Also, left no mess for me to deal with. Thanks Michael and office personnel I spoke with, Crystal, Sheila and others were all friendly, helpful and courteous. more

Unprofessional 3/22/2018

The company came to my house almost 10 days ago and today I still have had no resolution. I’ve had one phone call from them and they told me it will be sometime next week the problem can be resolved which is a sewer line blockage. I have called this company every day since March 12 . When I spoke to the owner Tim today he didn’t seem to care too much about my situation. What this company could not do in 10 days another company is going to have the job finished tomorrow. more

Great Professional Service 3/12/2018

I recently had a sewer line blockage, on a Sunday night. Nick R., was the technician assigned to he service call. He as a true professional. He was on time and cleaned up after his work. You would never knew he was there. If he is the typical representative of McHales, I will call them for all my plumbing needs. more

bathroom vanity installation 11/27/2017

Joe M and Vince installed a vanity, sink and faucet my upstairs bathroom. They were very professional and were able to find a vanity to fit in a smaller than normal space. I love it! Joe and Jesus were here for a service call and to replace our toilet. They were very nice and certainly helpful and courteous. They definitely cleaned up after themselves. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we would certainly call Mchale's again and would appreciate have these two fine young men come into our home. more

Ed's done a couple of jobs for me. Very professional, very knowledgeable and an expert in finding the right solution. Ed listens carefully to what I had planned and offered ideas and suggestions on the best most effective way to get my wiring and lighting installed. Will be my first call for electrical work every time. more

I was very pleased with McHale. I received quick & excellent service on a Saturday when I needed a running toilet fixed. Mark K explained everything carefully and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company & Mark. more
