McGrath Lexus of Westmont

My experience at this dealership not only changed me to a life-long Lexus customer, but transformed how I will forever feel about buying a car and customer service. This dealership and it's salespeople (especially Christi) really know what it takes to make and maintain a base of customers in this difficult economy, when luxury vehicles are just that; a luxury. I am always warmly greeted walking into the dealership and offered delicious refreshments. The services offered are amazing, ranging from shoe shines to massages. But I digress. The reason for this review is to say what an absolute pleasure it was to work with Christi. She was upfront and never made me feel like I was being "taken for a ride" - haha. She remembered my name and even deals about a vacation which she inquired about. It was so refreshing to be considered a real person with a life as opposed to a number in a dealer logbook. more

Tracy and Joe took the time to find the exact vehicle I wanted down to the features, color, miles, etc. Once located, I was in and out quickly...as they were all set with the necessary paperwork. To celebrate my purchase, they treated my family to a wonderful meal at a local Italian restaurant that evening. I enjoy coming in periodically and using the free car wash. Each time I am at the dealership, I am impressed with the level of professionalism of all that work there as well as the beautiful surroundings. I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone in the market to buy a vehicle. more

The customer service at McGrath Lexus in Westmont is impecable. The majority of our time was spent with Bill Lawson prior to actually purchasing our new Lexus in April 2011. We started the process in Oct. 2010 (thinking about buying a Lexus RX 350). Bill hung in there with us (he is truly patient) and provided us with monthly updates on specials and just to say "Hi" in general. Robert Cowden has an outstanding sense of humor and made our time spent with him reviewing the vehicle quite pleasurable. Mike, the finance manager (sorry, lost his card in the excitement), was extremely helpful informing us of all the packages and finance options. Thanks to Maria for the gift and overall kindness. I had the greatest experience in visiting the Lexus of Westmont store this weekend. I spoke with Mel Owens and found him to be courteous, knowlegable, and extremely professional. He toured me the dealership and its service area. He has already contacted me today and thanked me for my visit. I went to two other dealerships last week and haven't heared from anyone. Fred was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and helped me out. The service department being open on Saturdays, makes it very convenient to have work performed there. The free car washes is an extra. more

Rita displays what a car sales person should be! Knowledgable, professional, and does what she says she is going to do. Makes the car buying experience all worth it! I have already recommended this dealership and I will continue to do so. McGrath of Westmont is so great that they are "off the charts" in every aspect. They are absolutely incredible, not only for your every need and desire but also sensitive to your privacy and personal time. They always make you feel that they are there for you completely, and yet there is no pressure for decisions or even indications regarding your situation. Rita Barkstrom graciously kept up with me for quite a long period of time. I always consider larger decisions well in advance and continue to observe the situation for some time. Rita was "perfect" in handling everything. She let me know that she was there and obviously waited patiently. Tom O'Connor was completely professional; it was obvious he did everything possible and more, regarding the financial matters. And I'm still calling Ben Kruchten, the Delivery Specialist, with questions about some of the many wonderful features of the Lexus. I look forward to having my new Lexus serviced there. I recently purchased a 2007 Corvette at the Lexus McGrath dealership. My experience buying the car was good. My salesperson was Geoff Pebelske. Geoff gave me great information about the car. When it came down to negotiating a price, the process was smooth and fast. I didn't have to sit around the dealership for hours having the salesperson go back and forth to his manager's office about the price. Being a busy person, this was very helpful. I'm pleased with the price and service I received. more

Going to McGrath Lexus in Westmount has been an experince starting with metting Rita Barkstrom. I received an experince beyound my wildest dreams. From the moment she flashed her friendly smile and seeing my husband relax I knew I was going to go home with a new car. we have purchased three Cadillac and a Jaguar it took us all day and remember THE dealership closing before we were finish. Rita was knowledgable about everything, we did not need a manager to come and fast talk us to close the deal. we told her what we wanted. I would gladly recommend any of my friends to Rita. She is everything that Mcgrath says they offer, she provided us with a worl-class ownership experince made us feel like Royalty. She could say ""no"" when she had to with out using the word no. I was completely Satisfied with her she was referred to me by an ex-manager of Lexus, Bob and she was everything he told me she was. I'ii be back and I will only deal with Rita. She spoke very proudly of her co-workers and introduced everyone we would be working with when we csame in for services.
